Om rollen
Vi söker en engagerad och erfaren Instruktör som vill vara med och utbilda nästa generations reparbetare, vindkraftstekniker och höghöjdsarbetare. Du kommer att ansvara för att leda kurser enligt GWO-standarden samt andra fallskyddsutbildningar inom både slutna utrymmen och höjdarbeten. Ditt fokus blir att säkerställa att deltagarna får en trygg, lärorik och inspirerande utbildningsupplevelse.
Du kommer att vara placerad i Solna men vi ser att du även kan hålla kurser i vår lokal i Göteborg vid behov.
Arbetsuppgifter
* Hålla i teoretiska och praktiska utbildningsmoment inom våra fallskyddsutbildningar
* Arbeta nära vårt team av andra instruktörer och vår utbildningskoordinator
* Bidra till utvecklingen av våra utbildningar och säkerhetsrutiner
* Inspektering av utrustning samt ansvar för kurslokalen
Vi söker dig som har:
* Dokumenterad instruktörserfarenhet
* Pedagogisk förmåga och trygg i att tala inför grupp
* Flytande i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
* B-körkort
Meriterande:
* Tidigare instruktörserfarenhet inom GWO utbildningar och andra fallskyddsutbildningar
* Första hjälpen-/HLR-instruktörscertifikat

About Rope Access Sverige AB
Rope Access Sverige AB performs maintenance, repairs and inspection as well as working on heights courses, in confined spaces and other inaccessible places. Our main busines areas are Wind power and Safety training.
Industrial climbing and the rope access technique originally developed from cave climbing. The first industrial use of rope access occurred in the 1980s. The oil platforms in the North Sea needed new flexible method to perform work quicker and with high safety. Innovative workers question the logic of building scaffolding to perform work in inaccessible places and came up with the solution: access by rope.
Since the development of the technique in the 1980s rope access is used in more areas. An increasing number of industries are discovering the advantages of rope access, and today it is used for everything from window cleaning to maintenance work to advance inspections of the world’s highest buildings and infrastructure projects. The standards and development are led by the global trade association for rope work IRATA.
The strategy for Rope Access Sverige is to be the leading provider of work requiring the rope access method within our business areas The company was established in 1997 and has experienced strong growth over the years. Together with strong business partners the strategy is to continue the strong growth and expansion into new business areas.
